Hello friends, and happy Saturday! Winter calls for certain staple items that you absolutely have to have if you want to stay cozy in the snow. Outerwear is one of those things that we don’t really think about until we’re outside in sub-zero weather! Here are a couple of wardrobe staples that will make these icy months a little more bearable as we look forward to Thanksgiving break at the end of the month.
i. Puffy, Weather-Proof Parkas
A quality winter coat will help you withstand the cold, ice, snow, and wind chill that contribute to making the northern states so cold during the winter months. It’s well worth investing in a warm coat!

ii. Snow Boots
Snow boots are an absolute essential for a snowy, icy winter. They’re cute, comfortable, and cozy, and they’re well worth the investment!

iii. Beanies and Hats
Someone once told me that as long as your head and feet are warm, the rest of you will be just fine! I highly recommend slipping on a beanie or winter hat to help stave off the cold as the temperature drops.

iv. Winter Scarves
Scarves are useful because they keep the wind off of your face and keep the chill at bay just enough to withstand being outside for a little while. I don’t think I’d be able to face winter without one!
