Catching Up

With fall semester in full swing and classwork being assigned at a rapid rate, many college student like myself have to find something to keep themselves preoccupied. Reading books or hanging out with friends are always great options to fall back on, but with the renewals of many popular shows in the distance it’s hard not to fall victim to their plots and drama. So sit back and check out these titles coming back to TV, Netflix or Hulu this fall.
The Mindy Project

With a couple of episodes already airing on TV as well as similar streaming services, it’s hard not to catch up on the world of Dr. Mindy Lahiri. The comical antics and romantic set backs keep us coming back each week to see what she’ll get into next. Let’s face it, we’ve all had our Mindy moments so here’s to binging on her inner monologues for the remainder on the season.

This is bound to be a season chalked full of twists and turns with a dash of drama around every corner. As one of the biggest hits in TV history, there are bound to be some excited viewers waiting to see what the cast will be getting into this season. Sit back and listen to the music.

Grey’s Anatomy

Meredith is back at it and her viewers are ready for more drama. Between her love and work life, it’s hard to keep track of it all. Working at Grey Sloan Memorial hospital means that every wild twist of fate that could potentially harm you has most likely already occurred in your life. I mean the odds of being in not one, but two planes crashes are uncanny. We’ll have to stay tuned to see if Shonda Rhimes added another plane crash to this season’s script.

A show unlike the rest has renewed for another season. It’s hard to avoid the cliché “it will make you laugh and it will make you cry” when describing it because it is just so true. A young autistic boy searching for love and more importantly a sense of independence, is a plot you won’t want to leave.

Stranger Things

After all that waiting and anticipation, this show is back to answer some of the most troubling questions. As the trailers have spilled onto the internet, there’s one thing I know for sure. Will, cannot catch a break.  He is constantly in some sort of immediate danger and it looks like this season won’t be any different. But hey, at least we know Eleven is making a comeback. You’ll want to make some time for the upside down and waffles, of course the waffles.
